Since change is around us, we are continually asked to manage change in our lives and organizations. Yet, change is faced with personal and organizational resistance. The course explores approaches to effective leadership within the context of organizational chaos and complexity. It studies effective leaders who know how to catalyze and support positive changes in structure, products & services, organizational culture and people.
