This course deals with the basic philosophies of effective leadership, trends and practices, principles and theories of group dynamics and its contribution to community development.

AgExt Major 5 - Adult Education in Agriculture

The course deals on the theories and principles of adult education in agriculture, planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating adult education programs, and problems or issues affecting adult education.

AgExt Major 4 - Community/Rural Development and Other Related Problem

The course deals with the basic philosophies, principles and problems of community or rural development, their causes and relevant solutions to improve rural conditions.
