SINTIDO 1.0 Boot Camp is one of the series of the SINTIDO L&D interventions to prepare faculty members in hurdling the challenges of a 21st century classroom and knowledge systems. In the long run, we want to see a pool of Smart Faculty - Agile, Engaged, Highly Potential, and High Performing.
At the end of SINTIDO 1.0, participants shall be able to:
a) articulate how he/she align his professional pursuit to the strategic direction of the university;
b) analyze his/her skills, abilities and work experiences and fit into the university faculty competency framework
c) identify available support mechanism for career growth;
d) be aware of the benefits, compensation and welfare of a regular employee;
e) craft his/her personal career and learning and development plan;
f) develop a teaching, learning or assessment innovation or articulate best practices in TLA, and;
g) collaborate in developing an RDEP capsule proposal
