The course entitled “Inorganic Chemistry” emphasizes fundamental chemical concepts and inorganic structures. Lectures will include chemical periodicity, chemistry of acids, bases and salts, the main group elements, electrochemistry, kinetics and introduction to coordination compounds. With this course, the students are expected to gain deeper understanding of prior learned theories of general chemistry. Building up from previous principles, this course further exposes the students to more advance chemistry concepts and its application to both life sciences and industries.

This course instructional design and teaching methods are geared specifically to best prepare BS Chemistry Students for the Board Exam, and this includes progressive training on test-taking strategies. A bridge program that seeks to assess students learning from the simplest concepts to the most complex level prescribed in the Chemistry Boards TOS (Table of Specifications).
