Welcome Students to Agrimath 111: Mathematics for Agriculture!!!

This subject deals with identification and understanding of fundamentals of mathematics and mathematical calculations essential for the study of crop production, crop protection and animal production.

The course deals in designing and analyzing of experiments in agriculture and interpreting analyzed data and presenting research results.  Design and analysis of multi-factor experiments and incomplete block designs, field plot techniques, covariance analysis, research article critiquing. 

The course deals with research methods used in agriculture.  Scientific method, t-tests, analysis of variance, basic experimental design, mean separation, simple linear regression and correlation, chi-square test, problem data, methods of data presentation, and interpretation of data.
